After passing the initial CV screening, you are handed over a written interview, which is very demanding. It takes multiple hours to complete the written interview. There are questions about the company, the competitors, your role, and your educational background. Everything being anonymized is cool (to reduce bias). Yet, receiving a generic rejection after a 4+ hours assignment is just frustrating.

It was a really wonderful experience, unfortunately i didnt got selected but i got to learn a lot from the process, i passed the data analyst test but unfortunately failed in the apache spark test, just by boundary, the required score was 95% + in the 50 questions asked
