8 stages for a non c suite role seemed really outrageous, and I highlighted the company culture negatively from the start and some of the stages seemed irrelevant for the role.

The company's interview selection process is terrible, the whole process took more than a month but I didn't get the chance to have an interview with a real person.
They wanted me to write an essay first which takes quite some time, with questions seeming irrelevant to the job posting. Then there was the aptitude test which assesses your ability to solve and understand problems. Then a technical test, a written interview, and a psychometric assessment. But don't forget you still haven't seen a single live person and each of these assessments and reviews take time.
After that if you are lucky you may be able to see someone, maybe not!
Anyway, I got a generic rejection email from the company. I knew the interview process was challenging but at least I hoped to experience the interview.
It was a waste of time for me.

ow did you fare in high school mathematics, physical sciences and computing? Which were strengths and which most enjoyable? How did you rank, competitively, in them?

Muy largo y tedioso. Al final te piden algo que pueden ser 3 o 4 horas de tu vida para filtrar pero el feedback que te dan es bastante random. Porque lo revisa otra persona y no la que te hace la entrevista
it was ok, essay, recruiter call, 5 interviews and 2 hacker rank assesments. not biased but felt like interviewer was reading off a word doc 0 emotion. other than that i dont know what the hacker rank was for.. completely unrelated enginering questions than the job description of course.
