No bad comments at all, it was overall a good and fair interview process. The written interview is a little tedious though and it is honestly a very long process.

They started with Written Interview which had about 20 questions, related to the company, role, technical aspects, high school performance, etc. Then there was a psychometric test, which was focused on accuracy and speed. Then didn't hear anything from them. The process was quite slow and time-taking. All the efforts you put in writing answers to the questions might not be good enough for them.

Entrevista
The process was lengthy and disrespectful, spanning over two months, only to end in rejection. It began with resume screening, followed by a written test covering over 20 questions, ranging from high school knowledge to work experience. Next was a psychometric test to assess aptitude, and then a DevSkiller programming test with two coding questions. I was scheduled for three interviews focused on operational skills, Python skills, and general skills. Additionally, I was assigned a separate task to analyze and understand unfamiliar code involving Juju, Charms, and LXD.

no point of asking about school marks and school achievements if they need someone strong in technical
