Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Canonical
Entrevista
This was one of the strangest interviews I have experienced, if one can call this an interview at all. After submitting my application, I was sent a written "interview" with about 20 questions, each one probably needing a short essay as a response. I found a lot of these questions to be completely irrelevant to the job position. Like questions about how did I do in school at various subjects and what sort of grades did I have. As I finished school more than 20 years ago, I fail to see how answers to these questions would say anything about my current abilities. I concluded that this is basically a huge amount of bureaucratic paperwork that I would need to go through, which probably reflects the amount of bureaucracy in the company as a whole. I concluded that I really don't want to be part of such a company. So I pulled my application.

How did you fare in high school mathematics, physical sciences and computing? What sort of high school student were you? Which degree and university did you choose, and why?
The recruitment process is excessively long and completely lacks human contact. Moving through numerous anonymous stages without a proper interview makes it impossible to evaluate the opportunity effectively. The company needs to introduce real interaction much earlier in their hiring pipeline.

There were many steps in the process, and it required high school grades and a long written interview.
Even when applying, I had to submit an application consisting of a large amount of writing, but for the written interview, I had to answer 14 questions.

Please briefly explain your thoughts on open source software development. If you have experience as an open source project manager, could you describe the scope of your contributions to that project?
Written interview including high school performance. After that, I took an online assessment (coding) and a personality test. The recruiter sent me an email about arranging the first person-to-person interview. But after an hour, I received a rejection email.
