One of the longest interview process I ever been through, You first have to write an essay on your experience, followed by an OA and a psychometric test. Then you will get to the real person interview where you will first be accessed by a person from 3 different teams and then you will get a chance to have an HR interview and a team interview afterwards, I failed at the first round of human interviews.

I applied online for 3 different job postings and got an email that my resume was selected, and they gave me a questionnaire with over 30 questions about high school graduation and my current work. Which I was supposed to send back with some subjective answers. It was written that these questions would be reviewed by a team, and would be anonymous. It took me 3-4 hours to answer all sorts of questions, out of which 90% were not related to the Job description. I got rejected for 2 positions within 5 minutes of sending my answers, which says a lot about how answers will be reviewed by a team manually. For one of the positions I got selected further, I was supposed to give an assessment, which was about 90 mins. The assessment was all sorts of things but not related to the Job Description. After 90 mins of maths and reasoning test. I was asked to take a behavioral assessment which spans about 20-30 mins. And after the assessment, I got the rejection email in a few hours. I would suggest avoiding applying to this company as it was a complete waste of my time. No human interaction even after clearing 3-4 rounds is really bad, also the questions were not up to the mark as most of the time they were off-topic and not related to the Job description.
