They give a long form to fill with multiple questions. I have 100% exact matching experience required for the role along with the good academic scores they require, yet every single time that I have applied, I have been rejected, not even given a chance to go the next stage to prove my skills. They really need to relook at their interview process as they are just culling out candidates for no reason at all. I also fit all other requirements with respect to background, location etc. Next time don’t post positions you don’t want to hire good candidates for or just reach out personally to candidates on LinkedIn to deem fit, and consider changing the TA/Recruiter team with someone who actually understands which candidates match with the position.

Hanna Neuborn was the hiring manager. Terrible interview process, involving Thomas GIA tests, essay submissions that emphasized high school grades, and a bunch of non-technical people pretending to be technical (talent science). An ironic team that are there to make recruitment smarter, but are doing the opposite. Hours spent on the essay, test prep, and 4 interviews later, I was rejected with a generic email. Do not apply, they will waste your time.
