it was a friendly chat with the manager easy going and professional. there was several behaviour questions and also work examples questions . some references to your cv and also outside work such as hobbies
Der gesamte Prozess wird beim ersten Telefonat erklärt. Ein lockerer und humaner Austausch. Man fühlt sich wie in einem normalen Gespräch, in welchem ein Austausch und nicht ein Interview stattfindet, was den ganzen Druck abnimmt.

Are you able to achieve a target of 80k selling printer machines ?
Overall is Good, interviewees are friendly. 2 rounds of interview that is reasonable. Questions are common. First round with HR and direct report manager. Second round is with department head and director.
