i tried to follow up with HR but no response at all. Otherwise everything was professionally but end wasn't professional.

Organized, reasonable questions and friendly staff. HR and those interview were both nice. Responses through the interview process were quick. You are not left waiting and wondering. Lots of parking available at their facility.
