I interviewed over the phone with the CEO. She asked me very few questions about my marketing experience and spent most of her time talking about her company. Thinks she knows a lot about marketing because she minored in it in college. Stated that to be successful in this position, I'd "have to smoke weed regularly" because "everybody in the industry is a stoner." I left the interview with a feeling that the CEO's supervision of a marketer would be a nightmare: the blind leading the sighted.
