The only reason why I am stating that this was a very difficult interview was the fact that the hiring manager was very rude. Started with recruiter, then colleague interview. Once colleague interview was complete, the hiring manager and additional colleague interview was scheduled. The hiring manager was rude in nhis question and when I could not answer one specifically, he continued to dive into the details of the question which did not make sense. I have 30 years in supplier quality leadership and a masters degree, but he wanted to treat me with little respect. I have interviewed with many organizations, and this was one of the worst.
