Had two interviews with CBN. One with HR and one with a technical panel. The HR interview was ok however it took a while before the request came for the second interview. I was interviewed for a different position other than the one I applied for. The roles had similar titles but way different responsibilities. The second interview which was the technical interview was a panel consisting of a non-diverse set of interviewers who is older and has been with the company for a very long time. The interview was great for the first 40 minutes, after this it felt grilling rather than an interview. The interview lasted over an hour. And I was told they they would get back to me. I have heard nothing since. Even after multiple follow up with the HR personnel. Of note, based on the interview experience, the company culture posted on the website and what it actually live by and operate is way different.
