2 separate online interviews, usually 1 in person interview. Array of standard interview questions, First interview is with the hiring manager, then with the specific store manager. I recommend learning about the brand before entering into the interview process.

If you were a position on a playing field, what would you be?
it is basically a retail sales position. interviewrs ask basic questions that are not related to work experience. dealing with problems, team oriented mindset etc. first interview was from official job fair held in Yorkdale, second round interview was with store manager.

how did you deal with the problems when you face in workplace?
Quick and personal but they will easily pivot into questions and points about why it's good to work with them. I would say just to do some background knowledge on the brand and familiarize yourself with product knowledge just so you don't go in completely clueless about the brand.
Straight-forward process, 2-3 rounds. Apply online, make a phone call, in-person with a manager, then HR review. They ask you about your experiences, it is a plus if you have retail experience specifically selling. To be a good candidate, you must be a people person, a good listener, and have patience.
