The process took several months from start to finish and was very long and disjointed. From the time of submitting an application, it was almost a month before I received a reply of interest. I then had several interviews over the course of the next 4 months. The interviews were all conducted by phone and lasted from 30 minutes to an hour in length. Some of the interviews were with one person and some with several people on the call.

Similar to the other review, I had a poor experience with this organization. The process was not drawn out in my case, it was rather quick. The interview was extremely rushed and there seemed to be little interest in allowing me to address the questions. The interviewer seemed in a hurry to get to the next candidate. No feedback was provided. I suspect they were possibly just gathering data more than anything, especially considering the position is still posted and the previous negative review was not long before mine. Considering this organization specializes in recruitment, they certainly put together and embarrassing process for hiring. I'd be concerned as a candidate or client before dealing with this group.
