Regular campus interviews after signups. You are emailed a week later letting you know if you have made the second round. Second round is in Houston at a hotel. You go out to dinner the night before with recruiters and employees as well as everyone else asked to the 2nd round interviews. The next morning you give a 10 min presentation about yourself, then immediately go into 3 1 on 1 interviews about 30 min each. Mostly behavorial questions.
