Long, but overall a good experience. The interviewers were friendly, very casual, nothing to stress over thankfully. I wasn't particularly prepared and I was offered the position without much experience. About 65k entry level.
Fast interview that mostly asked about school activities and coursework. There was two people on the interview panel and the questions were mainly to get to know you. I would recommend reading a bit of history of caltrans before going to the interview
The interview started with questions being asked by a panel of people. It was a straightforward interview with common questions regarding classwork, experience, passion for the field, and behavior question.

half an hour to an hour long interview, consisted of 5 or 6 main questions. Two people interview, very casual and did not feel stressed. Only one or two technical questions.
