      Entrevista

First , there's a very brief appointment setting phone call - you couldn't even call it a screening as the HR doesn't even pretend to understand the job - which is a good thing really. Nothing bothers a candidate more than having to spend time talking to a screener who possesses no actual job skill knowledge and makes them explain irrelevant previous corporate situations. After the call there was an afternoon on site with a few people on "the team within the team". It's a very unique situation as far as the company goes - the marketing team is a group all from the same little marketing company. I could only imagine what the future would hold for anyone hired to add onto this already formed business inside a business. I received all positive feedback at the interview, but then had to track the HR person down with a few emails and a phone for the final news (which was also sugar coated). I can understand not receiving response to a digital application; but after phone and in-person time invested, I think it says a lot about an organization that feels it can ignore someone while they continue to source new candidates and not provide the professionally courtesy of closing the loop in the time expected.

      Pregunta 1

There were no difficult questions. Standard free SEO consultation for the typical questions of "What is the number one thing you'd do with our site?" and "What tools do you like?"
