The interview felt quite unstructured and scattered. It covered my previous experience, projects, and a case study, but I wasn’t given the opportunity to fully explain my solution before the conversation was wrapped up.
For the case, the focus was on conducting an RCA for user retention issues on their platform. However, the discussion didn’t feel very open. When I explored hypotheses such as retention being influenced by acquisition channels, the interviewer (Aman Bharti) seemed quite dismissive and not very receptive to the reasoning.
Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, as the interaction lacked depth and didn’t allow for a meaningful exchange of ideas.
