As soon as I mentioned being passionate for fashion, the dm asked me to elaborate. He asked what are my expectations for the job, and he told me exactly the numbers (dollars in sales/hr.) he expected from me. This company is very serious about productivity. So, do not interview if you do not believe in yourself.
