Really good. They put a lot of time and effort into the whole process. From an initial phone call to a string of three interviews covering technical skills and personal values. I found this to be a good insight into the company.

I had a technical interview remotely with a data scientist and senior developer, followed by two short in-person interviews, consecutively on the same day, with two senior staff members, the first focused on culture fit and the second on "values".
