I was scheduled for an interview regarding the billing specialist position. I had my phone ready for the 2 PM interview. The HR assistant did not call at the agreed upon time. I tried calling their office, and she was not present to pick up the phone! When she did pick up, she did not even remember that we had an interview scheduled. Really bad experience!
