Received an email from an HR representative saying they had seen my resume online and thought I'd be a good fit. I submitted my resume and was invited for a phone interview, at the end of which I was told I would likely be invited for an in-person interview. I sent a thank-you email immediately; after not having heard back after two weeks I sent a follow-up email asking whether the position was still open. No response. I was ghosted after being invited to apply.
