The interview process was long and I had to reach out a few times to move it along. I made it quite far, taking 3 hours out of my day to interview with multiple members of the team. I sent a follow-up email about a week after concluding those interviews and never heard back. Highly unprofessional, especially since I devoted a lot of time to interviewing and preparing to meet multiple people in the department. Very disappointed with how the process was conducted, as there was never a recruiter who I could reliably contact when I had questions.
