Initially a mcq test on the webdsite for screenimg followed by an editing passage sent over email. The passage was relatively ok but i did not make it. But will reapply for the work culture.

Started with a test. Followed by interactions with the recruiting staff and team leaders. Everyone was very supportive and warm. Ensured that interviewee is comfortable. Gave a brief explanation about the work profile, roles and responsibilities and expectations.

Smooth and supportive.They were quite good listeners and asked supporting questions.more of a personality analysis than a subject interview . Confidence is something that they seek.It is advisable to politely decline if you do not know an answer than give a wrong lengthy story
