This is a very quick interview, the manager just asked me some general question refer to my resume, and then he asked me to attend an exam to sell financial products. He said once I finished that exam I can join in the company. But after thinking about it, I refused.

There's two rounds of interview. The first one was basically a casual talk where the interviewer got to talk about the company vision, the roles of a financial advisor, the certificates you should get and the training processes provided by the company, stuff like that. Then, you get to ask questions. If you get the second interview, you get to ask more questions, and they're gonna ask you some general behavioural questions. One strange thing, i don't know if this has happened to other people, but the interviewer has asked me many times if I have any other questions for him.... But I really didn't know what to ask.... so...... I think the key is to be yourself and be really confident of your skills and who you are.

Three part interview. First was essentially an information session and a hand filled Scantron questionnaire. The next is a one on one interview to discuss general information and the third was the real interview questions style.
