Seamless the whole process didn’t feel like an interview but instead a conversation between two colleagues. I wouldn’t change anything about my experience it was absolutely amazing and the interaction didn’t feel forced or awkward at all. I was able to express myself my ideas and didn’t feel intimidated or overwhelmed at any point.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
