Easy interview, you do not need to know much about medical insurance or medications. You need to be able to take direction and be a quick study. You meet with one or two supervisors and they ask you generic questions about any work experience or school experience. The supervisors you meet with are actually supervisors in the department so it is important to ask them questions about the day to day activities and responsibilities of the job.
