Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.

The hiring process took quite some time. I had to wait about a month to get a call from them to set up the interview. Once the interview was complete, it took another month for the background check to go through. The actually interview was relatively easy with mostly basic questions.

Quick 30 mins. Questions were the usual basic ones every job asks. They take you to the back room and into the lunch room and you are interviewed by the manager and their assistant.

Entrevista
I applied online. Got an interview within 2-3 weeks. Got hired the next 2 days. It was a very laid back interview and more conversation like. The manager looked at my resume and asked me about my customer service experience.
