Multiple managers interviewing at once. Very friendly and welcoming. Each took turns asking questions. Some questions were very similar just worded differently. All in all it was a smooth process. Can be intimidating because of the number of managers, but nobody gave any negative or condescending vibes.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
