Process longer than expected. I know cvs is a large company but it would have been nice to get to know me to make sure it’d be a mutual fit. It definitely wasn’t a fit for me.
The overall process was very unprofessional. Canceled the interview the minute it was supposed to start with no clear explanation. Wasted my time and effort preparing for a role, Overall, horrible consideration of applicants, and lack of respect for their time.

Interview was very smooth, one with hiring manager that went really well and then in the same week, had a second interview with team (Director, Sr. Manager and IT developer).

Very to the point. Only one interview but I was a referral. HR was very hands off, which was annoying when it came time to negotiate salary. That being said, the process was transparent and direct, just like the job has been.
