Apply online and get a call from a hiring manager. Go in for an interview and if they want you, you will get a call back from the hiring manager. From there you will have to go to a new employee orientation and then additional training depending on your position in the store.

Interview was a simple conversation about job requirements and availability as well as previous work experience. Interviewer was polite and encouraging, mostly conversational with little stress. Talked about training they provide and expectations as well.

Very chill in person interview, asks a few question and availability and thats it. Overall a very easy process to be completely honest. Love cvs though and think its a good place to work
The interview process was amazing, my interviewer was kind and informative. I felt welcomed in when we were talking during my interview. Any questions i asked were answered in a polite and respectful way. We got along well.
