I applied for the job on October 7th. It was a basic application and then an “virtual job try out” which gave examples of scenarios you’d expect to get when speaking to customers over the phone. Got my first call back for an over the phone interview on October 14th. Received a second interview on October 15th where they explained the drug screening and training & permanent work schedules. Had the job offer extended to me on October 16th where I picked my permanent schedule for once training is completed. I was officially hired on October 23rd.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

Entrevista
The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
