It was a fairly quick process, submitted my application, met with the manager and the interview took about 10 minutes. Went over pay/hours and what kind of schedule I would like. My short term and long term goals as well as my goals for school (I was in HS at the time)

Fairly easy done with the store manager who wants to know how you would react or what you would do in certain situations. How you would interact with the rest of the team etc

Simple and fast interview process. Mostly behavioral questions about customer service. Manager was friendly and clear about expectations. Dress neatly and be prepared to discuss your availability and past experience.
