The interviewing process took a couple of hours. You meet with three people. Everyone seemed friendly, but you really cannot get a good read on how they feel about you. The questions asked were based on prior work experience, education and why you want the job.

The process began with a short HR phone screen covering my background and salary expectations, followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager, and a final panel interview focused on behavioral questions and basic financial analysis.

I truly appreciate CVS's way of recruiting. It has made the application and interview process clear and streamlined.
At the moment, I am in the process of applying for and interviewing for a few different roles, which has been both exciting and extremely encouraging. They truly ensure that candidates are well-informed and supported throughout the process.
As someone who is neurodivergent, I have been calmer through this process that I could have anticipated, and I am finding it much easier than usual to stay organized and focused.

Nothing crazy, first round was a phone screen. Went on to second round to talk to manager and people from the team. We discussed work life but never really got details about the rebate team and the day to day tasks.
