Phone conversation with hiring manager followed by half day 1:1 with HR and the rest of the group. Scheduling in person interview required lots of flexibility on my part. Everyone was very nice, facilities new. Interview schedule and process neat and orderly. I did feel that while I had all the requirements for the position I was more qualified than the highest ranking person I met with and would be teaching them. The department and division is very nurse dominant so if you don't have RN or NP after your name, don't bother to apply here. This makes them appear very rigid and unyielding to others opinions. I was told I did not have the qualifications they were seeking but when I asked them directly for feedback they chose not to reply. In addition they changed the job title after I interviewed.
