The Manager asked me what hours I was looking for. He then described what he was looking for and he gave me intake on CVS's background. He then walked me through the hiring process. The manager also asked me a little bit about myself to see if my characteristics matched the position I was applying for.

Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.

Quick 30 mins. Questions were the usual basic ones every job asks. They take you to the back room and into the lunch room and you are interviewed by the manager and their assistant.

Entrevista
I applied online. Got an interview within 2-3 weeks. Got hired the next 2 days. It was a very laid back interview and more conversation like. The manager looked at my resume and asked me about my customer service experience.
