It wasn't a very personable process and there was was way too many steps in the application process to make talking to anyone worth it. It almost seemed more like an EQ test and then they ask you the basic questions

I had a fast and easy interview, mostly basic questions like pervious work experience and personality questions. It's great for people with little to no previous experience and willing to work customer service.
Very simple and quick interview process. I received feedback within 2 weeks. It involves a short conversation with the store manager about customer service, availability, teamwork, and handling retail situations.
