I met with 3 separate IT managers for about 20 minutes each. There were several positions open so they were looking to see the best fit. Very general questions about workload management. Some minor technical questions.

Phone Interview and In-Person
Phone interview then a face to face. No common courtesy to get back to me to tell me I would not be considered for the position. VERY rude and inconsiderate! I would not even consider this company due to their lack of professionalism. If you meet with someone face to face, you OWE them a response!
