Interview process was good. Interviewer seemed a little nonchalant but it was okay. After a second interview I was offered the job. I think they should inform potential employees that they WILL be forced to work another eight hours even if they don't want it. If you question that then their reply is "you knew that before you took this job" Either work or quit.2 choices.
