Hiring session, with choices made at the break; initial interviews were not that long and straightforward. Given report date for initial training, then field training followed by 12 weeks OJT.

Do you have a problem working around the clock, on an on call basis?
It’s all online. You record yourself answering couple questions and that’s it. Minimal human interaction. I believe it was only 5 questions or so and you have a time limit to answer

The interview was online, and only involved recording video answers to what you would do in specific scenarios, or times in the past when you worked safely. Things along those lines.

it was simple and fast. they ask you straight forward questions. each question pertains to the job and how you would handle it. they are just making sure you are serious about the job.
