There was a three part, phone interview, skype interview, and then office interview. The phone interview was very easy and weeded people out. There was a finance test that you had to pass to even get considered for the skype interview. On the final interview, there was an accounting test that was very consistent with what was learned in class. Final interviews were panel style and had a large amount of managers and directors within the group.
