Lots of questions. Typical interview questions. Very friendly atmosphere overall. Easy interview. Dress like a boss. Use big words. Smile a lot. This is a awsome job. The company is great.
Short phone screen with the recruiter then a in person interview with the Center manager. Basic questions asking to share experiences and how you would handle a certain situations. No secondary interview was needed got the offer letter shortly after.

This was a promotion interview so the questions really just built off of the work scenarios I had experienced already and bringing in new ideas to the process. It was very laid back and took about 45 minutes long.
