This company does most of its hiring through recruiting firms for positions above director level. If you are the individual the recruiting firm believes in, you may not even have an interview at the company. I was called by the recruiting firm and was working at the office the very next day.

There would be 3 levels of interview, 2 technical and last HR. Feedback process is consistent and robust. L1 mostly happens by 2 panels. You need to try to provide as many examples as possible.

I had joined a senior project manager. Questions were on planning, real time examples of conflict resolution, mentoring, handling client escalations etc. Knowledge of telecom was also evaluated. Questions on team handling, leadership style, vendor management, cost and schedule tracking, metrics and measurement.

Typical phone screening and then a couple of in-person interactions. Questions were pretty general and I did not feel like the interviewer was really interested in understanding my qualifications, but was rather just going through the motions.
