Very bad, don't waste your time applying, studying and preparing for them. Recuiter contacted me a couple days after I applied saying they were interested in speaking with me. Scheduled an phone interview. It went well and passed me to the next round. Had a video interview with one of the senior directors on the team. After that I followed up 3 times in a span of 2-3 weeks and kept getting responses that they were deliberating or figuring out the team I would be on. After the third time didn't bother following up again. The recuiter emailed me close to a month later blaming the recruiting process at the company for why she couldn't get back to me. Very unprofessional. I felt like if I was not being considered strongly she should have at least let me know early on so I wouldn't keep my hopes up or keep following up.
