Before the interview, i was told to do a after effects animation test, with no set deadline. but i was told to log down how long i took to do the test. It was for a 15 sec animation which i had to take some online tutorials to achieve a certain amount of realistic and fluid animation. I finished it in around 3 days. After i submitted the test animation, the Creative Director saw it , said i passed , and told me to attend a interview.
