Telephonic interview. Two people on one side taking interview. Interview was focused on resume and previous work exp. CRISIL recruiters are quite cool and will test you on your past exp. Thoroughly prepare that and be confident.

3 Round -: HR round
about Me, my education hobbies, family and my expectations from future.

Very well organised, hr will keep you updated on the process and update you all details to be on time. Two rounds are conducted, in the first round you are asked to fill a questionnaire with some technical questions. In the second round you have a panel interview, with two interviewers
