I felt relaxed. They made me feel comfortable before the interview started. Throughout the interview process I was given an opportunity gather my thoughts and answer the questions to the best of my ability. There are usually 3 to 4 interview before you get the job. First with HR recruiter, then with your direct manager and finally with the Commercial Manager or HR manager.

They scheduled an interview with me only to cancel it and then never call me back. I just wish that they would have had the courtesy to cancel the interview the day before. I don't see this company as professional.

Telephone interview with recruiter, telephone interview with manager, in person with manager, then in person with that managers boss. Very hurry up and wait process. They kept talking how they wanted loyal employees yet, didn't seem to like I was loyal to my current employer. They came to me so, I felt they didn't have the money for the position that was initially brought up. I also, didn't think they understood some people leave jobs on good terms and aren't going to crap on a great company for a empty promises.
