The hiring and interview process at CQ Roll Call was very professional and thorough. The interview was conducted on site with both technical and management personnel present. The questions asked were a good mix of technical and corporate culture inquiries to determine both technical proficiency and whether the prospective employee would be a good fit in the exsitng corporate culture.
