Round 1: Talent team introductory call (1 person, 30 minutes) Round 2: Engineering Manager (1 person, 60 minutes) Round 3: Technical Interview (2 person, 60 minutes) Everything was good until the technical interview, I felt the technical interview was setup with two people to cover AWS Cloud & Python where it was a rapid fire of theory based questions which could have been a good filter through HackerRank MCQs. Things could have been different: - Two different interviews 45+ min each (AWS, Python) - MCQs from a standardized question bank (hacker-rank) not notepad++ please. - More open ended questions, rather than language based tricks
