I had a first virutal interview through HireVue. After a few weeks, Invited to an 1-hour inperson interview. Impressive structure but seems to be a fast-pace environment. Interview was a mix of technical and behavioral based questions. They expec specific responses, with detailed examples of previous work experience. Asked to use the following format when responding: Situation: What was happening? Hindrance: What were the challenges? Action: What did you do? Result: What was the outcome? Evaluation: What did you learn?
