Very friendly and non-threatening. It was more of a two-way conversation than a strict interview. They really wanted to find out if I would fit well in the environment as well as if I had the skill set.

The 1st Round was a pre-recoded video interview with several prompts and multiple attempts. The 2nd round was with the Hiring Manager and the 3rd round was with the team.

Tell me about yourself. What interested you in this position?
I met them at a fair at my school, within a week they emailed me and set up an interview. It was a three-person panel for the interview. It was my first time interviewing so I was a bit nervous. Even though I didn't get the position, I learned what to do next time.
